Kouture Co was founded by Marisol Baez, whose passion for supporting homes and families is rooted in both professional experience and personal purpose. With a formal educational background and experience as a Philadelphia educator, Marisol has spent years working closely with children, households, and everyday environments that require care, patience, and attention to detail.
Her hands-on experience supporting children, maintaining organized homes, and nurturing plant-filled spaces inspired the creation of Kouture Co — a private concierge service designed to provide dependable, short-term support to modern households.
Marisol’s approach is calm, respectful, and thoughtful. She believes that when a home feels cared for and daily responsibilities are eased, individuals and families are able to feel more balanced, present, and at peace in their own space.

Kouture Co, provide, professional home and lifestyle concierge services. The following policies ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful experience for all clients.

All services begin with private consultation.
A $40 consultation fee is required prior to booking.
This fee is applied toward your first scheduled service and is non-refundable.

Payment is required prior to the start of all services.
Same-day booking are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.

Clients are asked to store away personal belongings and items without a designated place before service begins so time cane be focused on resetting the home.

For safety reasons, any aggressive or unrestrained pets must be secured prior to arrival and during the service visit.

Clients are responsible for providing entry access (keys, codes, or instructions) prior to arrival.

Please inform Kouture Co. of any fragile items, no touch room, or restricted area before service begins.

Homes requiring extensive restoration may require a Deep Reset service discussed during consultation before regular services can begin.

Services are performed within the agreed time block discussed during consultation. Additional requests may require additional time or a future booking.

Kouture Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe, unsanitary, or disrespectful environment.

Consultation fees are applied towards your first service booking, so you only pay once. Returning clients are not charged an additional consultation fee unless requesting a new or separate service.
